Allenmore I & II

The Allenmore I and II Medical Office Buildings are Tacoma’s premier Class A medical office buildings. Built in 2001 and 2005, the buildings are located just one block south of  MultiCare’s Allenmore Hospital Campus. Together, the buildings comprise 94,136 square feet of high end medical office space on three floors. Each of the buildings are very efficient with very low load factors of 9.70% and 12.06%, respectively, and feature flexible floor plates designed to accommodate the large and small practitioner.  Allenmore I and Allenmore II offer architecturally pleasing exteriors of painted metal and aggregate and soaring two story high glass atrium lobbies. The buildings’ large windows are designed to maximize natural light and the beautiful unobstructed views of Mt. Rainier.  Allenmore I offers one hospital-size elevator with building entrances on the first and second floors.  Allenmore II contains  two passenger elevators, including one hospital-sized elevator.  Both buildings are equipped with state-of-the-art heating, cooling and fire/life safety systems, secured building access via a card key system that tracks time and points of entry, and abundant, free on-site parking for tenants and their patients at a ratio of five stalls per 1,000 square feet. Allenmore I and II are conveniently located  adjacent to the Tacoma Central Shopping Center and Allenmore Marketplace, with numerous retail stores, shops and restaurants, and have excellent proximity and access to north and south-bound I-5, east and west-bound SR-16 and multiple transit routes.
