Ed Luera

VP of Leasing & Marketing

Growing up working in the fields of Eastern Washington, like JW Clise, Ed Luera learned the values of hard work, responsibility and perseverance early on. Ed left his home to attend Harvard, where he earned his B.A. Degree in Economics, with Honors. After Harvard, Ed attended Columbia University’s Graduate School of International and Public Affairs, graduating first in his class. Ed then began his real estate career developing inner city industrial parks for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. After seven years in Manhattan, Ed returned to the beautiful Northwest to continue his real estate career and raise his family. Ed is passionate about his tenants and considers them to be the key component of the Clise family legacy. When Ed isn’t taking care of his tenants, he is coaching youth track and football, mentoring at-risk youth and painting floral watercolors.

Chloe’s interest in real estate began at an early age through the influence of her grandfather, Butch Gaberman, who developed commercial real estate in Seattle. After growing up in Yakima, Washington, Chloe moved to Seattle to earn her B.A. Degree in Communication and a Professional Sales Certificate from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington. While at the University of Washington, Chloe studied abroad in Italy, taught tennis to students and faculty, and held numerous leadership positions in her Alpha Phi sorority. Chloe spent her undergraduate summers learning the value of great customer service at Nordstrom and laid the foundation for launching her career in real estate at RE/MAX Northwest. After graduating from UW in 2016, Chloe joined Clise Properties to begin her career in commercial real estate. Chloe is passionate about helping tenants find the perfect space for their needs and is proud to be a part of the legacy of Clise Properties. In her free time, Chloe enjoys cooking for her family and friends, traveling, and playing tennis.

"At Clise, we take the long view. We are not transaction driven. We are tenant oriented and take great pride in serving our large and growing family of tenants, many who have been with us for ten, twenty and even sixty-five years."
