Clise breaks ground on elite residential property

We're pleased to announce that, on December 7, Clise Properties broke ground on our latest project - an elite residential development in the Denny Triangle. The 40-story, 450-unit apartment complex will be Seattle's premier residential tower, featuring a multitude of amenities. Located at 2208 Eighth Avenue, the building is expected to open in July of 2018. Stay tuned for updates as the construction process unfolds.
